The nanocrystalline ribbon is a new generation of soft magnetic alloy material, mainly composed with elements of Fe、Si、B、Cu、Nb etc., manufactured at ultra-high cooling rate of 106℃/s firstly, and then experienced specific magnetic heat treat process to obtain superfine grain of nano-size (~ 10nm) on the surface. The remarkable characteristics of nanocrystalline ribbon are: short manufacturing process, one-step forming, high efficiency & energy-saving. Its outstanding advantage lies in the combination of high saturation magnetic induction intensity (Bs) of Fe-based amorphous alloy and high permeability & low core loss of Co-based amorphous alloy, which could well meet the performance requirements at high frequency with low core loss.
